This stunning private residence was constructed in 2006 and had unfortunately been badly cleaned in the past. This had led to severe efflorescence and biological staining to the all areas of the property.
What were the customers requirements?
To fully clean the building of all efflorescence and biological staining.

Using a combination of our DOFF system, gentle swirling abrasive and specialist access equipment we were able to completely transform this property.
Were there any problems along the way?
Extensive trials were essential here to remove all staining without damage to the substrate
