Superheated water systems were developed especially for the historic buildings industry, although their uses are wide ranging across all the DOFF and Thermatech utilise temperatures upto 150 degrees and a very low volume of water, typically less than half the pressure of commerical pressure washers. Temperature and pressure are completely controlable ensuring that the subsrate is cleaned with maximum efficiency, without saturating the area and causing damage.
DOFF Cleaning and Thermatech systems can be used to completely kill off and remove Organic/Biological matter such as Lichen, remove flexible paint coatings, graffiti, chewing gum, oils and bitumen.
